We focus on creating an ecosystem which will foster the culture of Innovation across educational institutions from ideas generation to pre-incubation, incubation and graduating from the incubator as successful start-ups. We actively engage with various central and state agencies to ensure that dedicated budget is allocated for innovation related activities. Ministry of HRD has established ‘MRHD’s Innovation Cell’ with the mandate to work closely with our Incubation Center to encourage the creative energy of our students to work on new ideas and innovation and promote them to come up start-ups and entrepreneurial ventures.

Joined Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology (BIET) Jhansi on 7 November 2023. He is a well-known Electrical Engineer and Professor in India. He was also selected as Lecturer in Higher College of Technology, Muscat, Oman (Saudi Arabia) for an year. Prof. Singh earned his PHD from U P Technical University, Lucknow, M.E. from IIT Roorkee and B.Tech from HBTI (now HBTU) Kanpur. He has supervised 10 M.Tech and 15 B.Tech projects. Apart from this, he has published 12 International and 4 National Journals. He has a strong quality research in publications of reputed journals. Prof. Singh has rich experience in the fields of academics, research and now leading BIET with his strong administrative qualities.
Dr. Shahanaz Ayub is Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering Department. She is also the Dean of Research and Development. Dr. Ayub is President of Institute Innovation Council and Coordinator of Innovation and Incubation Cell. She has keen interest in Outcome Based Education and actively involved in NBA Accreditation of UG programs. She is also the member of women's grievance redressal cell. Recently conferred with AICTE VISVESVARAYA BEST TEACHER AWARD 2021 by Hon'ble Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan ji.
Bundelkhand Innovation and Incubation Centre of Foundation, is an MHRD approved council established in BIET, Jhansi to promote start up culture in the Bundelkhand region.
To hatch the ideas of young innovators under an officially supervised council and also helping in fundings.
Owing to its location in the Bundelkhand region, applicants get an additional 50% seeding grant for the development of their idea.
Students working with IIC gain work experience of an official council and get an exposure to the growing start up culture of today's era.
To boost start up culture and help young minds. Also conducting workshops on myriad topics and inviting experts for talk sessions.
